- For urgent same-day care requirements, emergency care and support can often be provided within the space of 2-3 hours
- Delivering support to people with immediate, acute support needs and behaviours that challenge
- Available around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Employing proactive, active and reactive structured approaches to crisis intervention, prevention and management, based on best practice
- Enpowering individuals through personalised care and support
- All staff are PBS trained
